Not sure how to word an email to your child’s school for special education services and requests? Lyndi will write formal assessment requests and IEP meeting requests for you to send. Lyndi will also provide you with the timeline laws of when the district/school needs to reply to you by. 

Includes: 

• Collection of information and IEP materials to gain full understanding of current IEP and current concerns.

• 1.5 hour (max) zoom meeting to address all of your concerns, advise you on what needs to be corrected in the IEP and what is within your rights for you to request, and provide you with the laws and legislation to support your requests.

• Lyndi will create a bullet point list that encompasses everything we discussed so you can take it with you to your IEP meeting and feel confident advocating for your child.

Includes: 

• Collection of information and Assessment Report to gain full understanding of the report and current concerns.

• 1.5 hour (max) zoom meeting to review assessment report with parent so you have an understanding of the information and results, address all of your concerns, advise you on what areas in the report support your requests or need for further testing, and provide you with the laws and legislation to support your requests.

• Lyndi will create a bullet point list that encompasses everything we discussed about the assessmen, so you can take it with you to your IEP meeting and feel confident advocating for your child.

Includes: 

• Collection of information, including IEP materials and assessment report, to gain full understanding of the information and current concerns.

• 2 hour (max) zoom meeting to review IEP and assessment report so you have an understanding of the information and results, address all of your concerns, advise you on any corrections and evidence to support your request, and provide you with the laws and legislation to support your stance.

• Lyndi will create a bullet point list that encompasses everything we discussed so you can take it with you to your IEP meeting and feel confident advocating for your child.

Includes (as needed): 

• On-going communication and support to parent, review of email correspondences with the school, communication with the school directly from Next Steps Advocate, review of all pertinent information/documents related to your child's education, review of IEP and IEP revisions, prep meetings to parent before and after meetings with the school, and any other areas of need the parent requires support in for their child's education. 

Flat-Rate Monthly Packages:

• 1 Month = $250 

• 2 Months = $400

• 4 Months = $600

• 6 Months = $800

• 12 Months = $1,200
